Linden Tree Capital also invests in industrial real estate to provide long term predictable cash flows to complement the uneven flows associated with private equity investing. We seek to identify and partner with industrial companies who occupy industrial properties but prefer to reinvest their own capital in their own companies to achieve profitable growth.
We currently have 10 commercial properties totaling over 80 thousand square feet. We are especially interested in NJ based buildings with industrial tenants.
We use our own experience in industrial companies to insure that the tenants of the properties in which we invest have solid management teams in place and sufficient financial performance to minimize risk. We invite co-investors to share with our risks and rewards and require only a small management fee to support our search, due diligence and oversight efforts.
