The Hop Craft Pizza and Beer, The Hop, incorporates traditional American/Sicilian pizza making techniques with modern flavor profiles to produce a unique style of pizza that is all our own.

The Hop Craft Pizza & Beer

All our dough is made in-house, fermented for at least 48 hours, and baked at 550o in a flat top gas deck oven. We use only the finest ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible.  All our pizzas are available with vegan cheese and/or gluten-friendly crust.  We also have an outstanding selection of local craft beers, for both dining in and take out.  Uniquely, we also deliver beer and wine to our local community with our pizzas.

Linden Tree Capital took both an equity stake in The Hop and provided mezzanine financing. In addition, Linden Tree worked with management to put in financial and cash controls, streamline reporting, and establish marketing relationships to further grow revenue.  When in Richmond, be sure to check out The Hop!
